STM UK provides 3 Phase AC motors in two versions: TN – a standard three phase motor and DN – three phase two speed.
AC 3 Phase motors at STM UK range from 0.04kw up to 200 kw. Foot, flange and face mounted motors are available and standard IEC flange and shaft applies.
All STM UK motors meet IEC, UNEL, CEI specifications.
The standard protection supplied for STM UK motors (AC 3 Phase Motors) is IP55. If required other IP ratings are available upon request – please contact the STM UK motors team for more details.
AC 3 Phase motors’ windings are constructed from copper wire with double thickness enamelling. These motors are subjected to vacuum impregnation and achieve an optimum thermal margin of 155° through class F insulation.
Class H insulated AC 3 Phase motors are also available as are motors designed specifically for humid or corrosive environments – please contact our technical team to find out more.
Additional ventilation systems fed separately and installed inside the fan cover are available upon request.
