These motors come under the descriptions of IE2 Motors – High Efficiency and IE3 Motors – Premium Efficiency with the Super Premium Efficiency IE4 Motors currently under development."
As many of you reading this will know new legislation coming into force in June 2011 means that new motors purchased will have to be IE2 certified. Here at STM we started preparing long ago and will, in fact, have IE2 Motors available from February ex-stock UK from 0.75kw up to 4.0kw and powers up to 30kw are available on short lead times.
All our IE2 Motors are manufactured in Italy by the fantastic MT Motori of Bologna. The motors are constructed to the very highest standards, under ISO 9001:2008 and are all UL and CE approved for use in Europe and America.
