The STM UK 800 series – Helical Bevel Gearboxes offer ratios from 4/1 to 4839/1; universal mounting options, and IEC motor inputs are all available. Output options include hollow, solid, splined and flanged; output torque ranges over 700,000Nm; Lifting Gearboxes, Bucket Elevator Gearboxes, Cooling Tower Gearboxes, Extruder Gearboxes and Mixer Gearboxes are all available.
Helical Bevel Gearboxes from STM UK have gear unit dimensions and transmission ratios that follow a generic progression based on the Rs20 series of preferred (Renard) numbers as per UNI 2016.68.68

Gleason bevel gear sets are case hardened, hardened and tempered before being broken in. Unrivalled gear geometry and high machining accuracy mean low noise levels and optimum operational efficiency.
