The STM SM – Skew gearbox range offers robust design and endurance. Features include a high efficiency right angle gearbox that is patented to STM Spa.

With ratios from 8/1 through to 148/1, a selection of mounting positions and capacity of 0.08kw to 4kw, SM – Skew is a practical solution. This STM UK gearbox range also accepts IEC flanges and shaft motors.

Perfect for weighty applications, its monolithic structure adds rigidity and strength.

Each SM – Skew gearbox incorporate two cylindrical helical reduction stages with skew axis.

STM produces housings and flanges from aluminium SG-ALSi UNI 1706 from state of the art CNC centres operating with numerical control to ensure optimum accuracy in construction.

A breather plug is enclosed with each gearbox size and before use, must be installed.
